Résumé:
The current study aims to identify collective work in the institution so the
researcher devoted the public institution in general and the municipality in
particular, in order to know precisely if collective work has a presence in the
municipality and is practiced as an administrative method in the workflow In
preparing the field framework of This study the researcher used the qualitative
approach and as the research community Al hassian municipality employees
(heads of interests and administrative assistants) so that she carried out a case
study through observations and personal interviews based on the latter and the
results reached show that teamwork is practiced as an administrative method .
It is continuously present in the field, and it also has a positive impact on the
employees, as it contributes to the cohesion of the team members (staff), in
addition to its effectiveness in increasing work performance and the strength of
communication between members, which helps to build trust between them, and
it is considered a solution to the problems due to its impact on making and taking
decision within the institution (the municipality) through the opinions of the
member research community .
