Abstract

This studyaimed to identify the importance ofapplyingthe principles of corporategovernance properly, whic wil lead to achievingthe desired purpose, which is the quality of information contained in financial reportsan improvemen i financial performance,and that the quality of financial information contributes to theabilityto saveeffort, timean spee o performance in a timely manner. It also helps to eliminate the negative of this information and to play its rol toward activating the movement of the stock market, as this leads to the desire of many investors to invest in thes institutions which doublestheircapital,activityand profits,and thus improvestheir financial performance.
