Through our study of the issue of sales analysis for the Oroli GPLM complex, it becomes clear to
us that an optimal production plan has been developed to provide the appropriate conditions to
improve production in the shortest time and lowest costs to achieve a larger sales volume across the
state of Mostaganem and achieve self-sufficiency for milk products and its derivatives with affordable
prices for the worker and the simple citizen. How to conduct sales and distribution operationsand the
most important stages that the customer goes through in order to be convinced of the purchase
