Résumé:
This study aims at the contribution of human resources management to improving
the performance of the economic institution, through the importance played by
the institution and human resource management, by adopting a clear strategy and
plan in the long-term with the aim of adapting to environmental changes, as well
as for good planning to obtain effective human resources.
As an effective element in any organization, depending on the strategy of
planning, hiring, training, motivation and others, where a previous study was
based on the role of the human resources management strategy in improving
performance in the EDIED home and office equipment distribution institution,
and for the purpose of achieving the study objectives, the results presented by the
Taliban were analyzed in Their previous study and it was concluded that the
proper practice of human resources management for its various policies in the
institution under study will positively affect the performance of the worker and
thus the performance of the institution as a whole.
