Résumé:
:The study aims to focus on an important phenomenon, which is the informal economy,
which is a reality all over the world. This phenomenon has taken an increasing trend from year to year,
despite the efforts made by the governments of countries to confront the continuous increase in it.
Through this study, the nature of the relationship of the informal economy was examined with one of
the most important causes of this phenomenon, which is administrative corruption, as well as the
possibility of integrating the activities of this economy through combating tax evasion, given that the
latter is one of the hidden legitimate activities of the informal economy, and that refugees for this type of
The economy is nothing but evasion of the tax and administrative burden imposed by the formal
economy due to the absence of long-term productive investments that open permanent jobs and
provide scarce goods and services in the markets. This is what calls for attention to the legitimate aspect
of the informal economy and the possibility of its integration.
