Tax income occupies the first place in importance in relation to the rest of the state’s public revenues, but it is
unstable and knows fluctuations due to the nature of the country’s economic environment. However, state property
revenuesare characterized by permanence and stability, despite the weak royalties and crops.
Within the framework of valuing the resources of state property and their rational exploitation, the Algerian
legislator has put in place legal mechanisms that would constitute a significant contribution to the state budget. On
lands destined for projects of a social nature, the limit has reached the free transfer of some real estate properties to
face the housing crisis, by mobilizing the property and monitoring the financial envelopes to finance it
