Résumé:
The objective of this work and to explore the effect of salinity on changes and physiological responses of a halophyte "Atriplexe Canescens (Pursh) .Nutt", and study the effect of the plant On the physicochemical properties of the salt soils of the mina plain. The study was carried out in plain field on a private farm in the region of Matmar "Relizane".
The study carried out on the Canescence Atriplex is carried out in two stations (S1, S2). The station S1 is fenced and taken into account as a control, and the second station S2 and also fenced and planted by 50 plant of the Atriplex Canescence, were established along furrows spaced 1m apart, the spacing between two plants is 1m. Four horizons were studied for each plot and for each profile, 48 soil samples were taken from two companions with a variant depth of (0-15 cm), (15-50 cm), (50-75 cm), 75-100 cm) .Samples of plant material were also carried out on the roots, stem and leaves last the two companions.
The interpretation of the results of the soil analyzes obtained made it possible to demonstrate the effect of the plant on the physicochemical parameters of the soil by lowering the soil salinity during the 90 days of planting. Of the physiological parameters of the plant (relative water content, chlorophylls, mineral salts and proline) concluded that the Canescens Atriplex is a tolerant species with high saline intensities, can be exploited in the valorization of heavily salted soils.
