Résumé:
أﻫﻤﻴﺔ اﻷﻟﻌﺎب اﻟﻤﺼﻐﺮة ﻓﻲ ﺗﺪرﻳﺲ اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﺎت اﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ وﻓﻖ اﻟﻤﻘﺎرﺑﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻜﻔﺎءات. 
 
ﻳﻬﺪف اﻟﺒﺤﺚ إﱃ اﻛﺘﺸﺎف اﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ بين اﻷﻟﻌﺎب اﳌﺼﻐﺮة والمقاربة ﺑﺎﻟﻜﻔﺎءات في ﺣﺼﺔ 
اﻷﻟﻌﺎب الجماعية و ﺗﻮﺟﻴﻪ المدرسين اﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ اﻷﻧﺴﺐ ﰲ ﺗﺪرﻳﺲ اﻷﻟﻌﺎب الجماعية ٬ وﻗﺪ 
 
افترض اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺐ إن اﻋﺘﻤﺎد اﻷﻟﻌﺎب اﳌﺼﻐﺮة في ﺗﺪرﻳﺲ اﻷﻟﻌﺎب الجماعية ﺿﻤﻦ المقاربة 
ﺑﺎﻟﻜﻔﺎءات ﻳﺆﺛﺮايجابيا ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺮﻓﻊ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺪرات اﻟﺘﻼﻣﻴﺬ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ٬ وﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﺘﺠﺮﺑﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﻄﻼﻋﻴﺔ 
وتحديد اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﻟﻠﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ اﻷﺻﻠﻲ ﻟﻠﺪراﺳﺔ المتمثل في أﺳﺎﺗﺬة اﻟﱰﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴﺔ و اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ في اﻟﻄﻮر 
اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻮي ﻋﱪ ﺛﺎﻧﻮﻳﺎت ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ وادي رﻫﻴﻮ ٬ وﺑﺎﻟﻨﻈﺮ ﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﺔ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ والنمهج المستخدم في اﺧﺘﻴﺎر 
اﻟﻌﻴﻨﺘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﺪﻳﺔ ﺣﻴﺚ تمثلت أﺳﺎﺗﺬة التربية اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴﺔ و اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ ﰲ اﻟﻄﻮر اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻮي ﻋﱪ 
ﺛﺎﻧﻮﻳﺎت ﻣﺪﻳﻨﺔ وادي رﻫﻴﻮ و المتمثلة في ﺳﺒﻊ ( 07 ) ﺛﺎﻧﻮﻳﺎت ﺑﺄﻃﺮﻫﺎ 19 أﺳﺘﺎذا في ﻣﺎدة اﻟﱰﺑﻴﺔ 
اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴﺔ و اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ ٬ وﰎ إﻋﺪاد اﺳﺘﺒﻴﺎن ﻣﺘﻜﻮن ﻣﻦ محورين ( محور الحالة اﻟﺸﺨﺼﻴﺔ و محور 
 
اﻟﺘﻜﻮﻳﻦ المهني.وﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﻨﺎﻗﺸﺔ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ وﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﺘﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﺮﺿﻴﺎت ﰎ اﻟﺘﻮﺻﻞ إﱃ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ:
