Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of financial inclusion in Algeria; and the extent to which Algerian banks apply the principal of electronic banking; through which financial inclusion can be achieved in the Algerian banking system. This study concluded that there is a weakness in the level of financial inclusion in Algeria compared to some countries; which made it classified among the countries with medium financial inclusion; and keeping pace with the economic and technological development .They issued the interbank card; which is the subject of our applied study.
