Study Summary:
w.docu-track.c
The study aimed to design a sports jacket to relieve shoulder pain (inflammation)
with cold for handball players, through which the experimental method was followed on a
sample of (5) players from a community of (14) players. Research tools, including the
AROM shoulder test were used to perform basic positive shoulder movements and the
EVA test. In the study, we also relied on a spreadsheet to take the results of primary pre-
and post-core shoulder tests and pre- and post-secondary tests to test for pain. After the
statistical study of the SPSS test for Will Coxon, we obtained the most important results:
There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-test in favor
of the post-test, whether for the AROM shoulder test or the EVA test, from which we
conclude:
The jacket has a positive effect on relieving cold shoulder pain in handball players
in the least possible time.
One of the most important recommendations is to adopt the jacket in sports clubs,
at home and in job rehabilitation centers because of its physical, psychological, functional
and even economic and social benefits for the individual and society.
