Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على دور تكوين المستفيدين من منحة البطالة في إندماجهم في سوق العمل ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدارسة تم الإعتماد على تقنية الاستباين التي تدخل ضمن المنهج الكمي كما طبقنا المسح الشامل لالمتكونين المستفدين من منحة البطالة في مركز التكوين المهني هواري بومدين بسيدي علي والذين كان عددهم 91 مبحوث ،كما اعتمدنا تقنية المقابلة والملاحظة التي تدخل ضمن المتهج الكيفي.
Description
Abstract:The aim of this study is to highlight the role of vocational training for unemployment allowance beneficiaries in their integration into the labor market. To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on survey techniques that are part of the quantitative approach. We also conducted a comprehensive survey of those who benefited from the unemployment allowance at the Houari Boumediene Professional Training Center in Sidi Ali, amounting to 91 subjects. Moreover, we utilized interviews and observations as part of the qualitative approach.
