Résumé:
Through this modest research, we aim to study the reality of maritime transport in
Algeria, and the stages of its development, such that it is considered the motor nerve
or the main artery of the Algerian economy, and Algerian ports are the main engine
for facilitating and directing the transport of goods and goods inside and outside the
country, as we devoted this study to the role they play. These ports help stimulate
foreign trade movement, through a case study of the National Maritime Transport
Corporation GEMA, which contributed to stimulating commercial movement in the
ports of Algeria and in the state of Mostaganem in particular.
