dc.description.abstract In thisstudy, weattempted to reveal the role of digitization in improving the quality of service institutions, consideringthat the currenteraiswitnessinggreattechnologicaladvancement and immense development in information and communication technologies. This has necessitated the adoption of digitization by all institutions, particularlyacademic institutions. In the last twodecades, the highereducation and scientificresearchsector has experienced successive technological and informationaldevelopments, leading to the modernization and updating of administrative and pedagogicalsystems. Theseadvancements have contributed to providing a range of digital services thatfacilitate the workflow for professors, students, and staff. This studywasconducted at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences, University of Mostaganem, in order to uncover the extent of digitizationimplementation and its impact on the quality of the provided services. en_US
