dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify human resource management practices and their impact on achieving institutional excellence for the Songas Service Corporation. Depending on the descriptive analytical approach, it was found from the results of the study that there is a relationship between human resource management practices and their impact on achieving institutional excellence, in addition to the impact of modern human resource management practices and their impact on Achieving institutional excellence, one of the most important things suggested by the study is to develop the activities of human resources management and its organizational competencies in a manner appropriate to the nature of institutional excellence and the link between the tasks and roles of individuals and the specifications of institutional excellence. Based on the results, recommendations are directed towards Sonelgaz to further develop and strengthen its human resource management policies, such as recruitment policies, employee development programs, and performance management systems, to maintain its excellence in the energy market.
