Abstract

رواية تاريخية للمؤلف الجزائري عبد الوهاب العيساوي، نشرت عام 2014 عن الرابطة الولائية للفكر والابداع بولاية الوادي ،تنقل الرواية مشاهد رحلة الاسرى من معتقل "فاني دارياج" بالجنوب الفرنسي الى معتقل "عين الاسرار" بالجلفة في الجزائر، من خلال سيرة شخصيته الافتراضية، "مانويل" الذي يجد نفسه مسجونا في المعتقل الذي شهد عبور الشاعر "ماكس اوب" والمفكر الفرنسي "روجي كارودي" وغيرهما ،في المنتصف الاول من القرن العشرين رفقة المناضلين شيوعيين اسبانيا وفرنسيين وبولنديين ومن جنسيات اخرى ،عشيره سقوط اسبانيا في يد فرانكو وهزيمة الجمهوريين في الحرب الاهلية الاسبانية ويظهر الاسبانيان "بابلو ومنويل" وهما شخصيتان رئيسيتان في القسم الاول للرواية وهما يتذكران برشلونة التي سقطت قبل ثلاث سنوات لتبدأ الرواية في جلب انتباه القارئ عبر حوارهما، وسرعان ما يظهر مانويل كبطل وسارد رئيسي يحمل معه "سيرا دي مويرتي" وهو مكان افتراضي ايضا اوجده الكاتب حيث يصف الروائي واقع المعتقلين وعلاقتهم مع السكان الاصليين وممارسات التي اشتركوا فيها كالتجارة والتهريب المساجين في جولات بمدينة لكنه يصف ايضا الحالةالنفسية والاحلام والرؤى التي تحوم على المعتقل Sierra de Muerteis a histo ricalnovel by Algerian authorAbdelouahab Aissaoui, publishedin 2014 by the Wilaya Association for Thought and Creativity in El Oued. The novelpresentsscenesfrom the journey of prisonerstransferredfrom the "Fort de Fan Darriagues" camp in southern France to the "Ain El Asra" camp in Djelfa, Algeria. Through the fictionalcharacter Manuel, the story explores the life of prisonersduring the first half of the 20th century, following the fall of Spain to Franco'sregime and the defeat of the Republicans in the Spanish Civil War. The camp mentioned in the novelhadalsoseen the passage of notable figures such as the poet Max Aub and French philosopher Roger Garaudy, amongothers. The detaineesincludedSpanish, French, Polish, and othercommunistactivists. The first part of the novelintroduces the Spanishcharacters Pablo and Manuel, whorecall the fall of Barcelona threeyearsearlier, drawing the reader in throughtheir dialogue. Manuel soonemerges as the main protagonist and narrator, carryingwithhim the symbolic and fictional place "Sierra de Muerte", created by the author. The novelportrays not only the harshrealities of imprisonment, but also the relationshipsbetween the detainees and the local Algerian population, includingtheirinvolvement in trade and smuggling. It alsodelvesinto the psychological state of the prisoners, capturingtheirdreams, hallucinations, and innerstruggleswithin the confines of the camp
