Abstract

يتناول البحث بالدراسة أهمية الاحتجاج النحوي في تفسير القرآن الكريم من خلال نموذج تطبيقي يتمثل في تفسير التحرير والتنوير للعلامة محمد الطاهر ابن عاشور . يعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، التاريخي، من أجل تحليل الطريقة التي انتهجها ابن عاشور في توظيف القواعد النحوية، بغية الفهم العميق للقرآن الكريم، إذ خلصت الدراسة الى أن تفسير التحرير والتنوير، يمثل محاولة تفسيرية فريدة، مزجت بين التفسير بالرواية، وبالدراية، كما وازن فيها المفسر بين التحليل اللغوي، والنحوي والاستدلال البلاغي، والمعرفي، مما جعل الاحتجاج النحوي فيها أداة ابستمولوجية، لتوسيع دلالة النص This researchinvestigates the significance of grammatical argumentation in Qur’anicinterpretation, using Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanwir by the renowned scholar Muhammad al-Tahir Ibn Ashur as a practical case study. Relying on a descriptive and historicalmethodology, the studyanalyzes the interpretiveapproachadopted by Ibn Ashur in employing grammatical principles to achieve a deeperunderstanding of the Qur’anictext. The findingsconcludethat Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanwirrepresents a unique exegetical contribution thatmasterfullyintegratesbothtransmitted narration (riwāyah) and rational inquiry (dirāyah). Ibn Ashursucceeds in balancing linguistic and grammatical analysiswithrhetorical and epistemologicalreasoning, therebypositioning grammatical argumentation not as a decorative or stylisticdevice, but rather as an essential epistemictoolthatenriches the semantic structure of the Qur’an and affirmsitsintendedmeanings.
