ﻳﻬﺩﻑ ﺑﺣﺛﻧﺎ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻣﻳﺔ ﺗﺩﺭﻳﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺛﻘﺎﻝ ﻓﻲ ﺯﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﺗﻧﻣﻳﺔ ﻭ ﺗﻁﻭﻳﺭ ﺍﻟﻘﻭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻅﻠﻳﺔ
ﻭ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻣﻠﻳﺔ ﺍﻹﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺗﺄﻫﻳﻝ ﺍﻟﺑﺩﻧﻲ، ﺑﻌﺩﻣﺎ ﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺭﻳﺑﺎﺕ ﺗﻌﺗﺑﺭ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺟﻳﺩﺓ
ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺳﺎﻋﺩ ﺍﻟﻼﻋﺏ ﻓﻲ ﺯﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﺻﻼﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﺟﺳﻡ ﻭ ﻣﺭﻭﻧﺗﻪ ﻭ ﻗﻭﺗﻪ ﻭ ﻗﺩﺭﺗﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﺣﻣﻝ ﻭ ﻭﻗﺎﻳﺗﻪ
ﻭ ﺇﻋﺎﺩﺓ ﺗﺄﻫﻳﻠﻪ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺎﺕ ، ﺣﻳﺙ ﺣﺎﻭﻟﻧﺎ ﻣﻥ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺭﻑ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺗﻁﺭﻕ ﻟﻠﺗﺩﺭﻳﺑﺎﺕ

ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﻔﺻﻝ ﺍﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺑﺎﺣﺙ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺗﻌﺭﻳﻑ ﻭ ﺗﻭﺿﻳﺢ ﻣﺟﻣﻭﻋﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﻌﻠﻭﻣﺎﺕ ﺣﻭﻝ ﺃﻫﻣﻳﺔ
ﺍﻟﺗﺩﺭﻳﺏ ﺑﺎﻷﺛﻘﺎﻝ ﻟﻠﺭﻳﺎﺿﻳﻳﻥ ﻷﻱ ﻣﺟﺎﻝ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺎﻳﺔ ﻭ ﺗﺄﻫﻳﻝ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﻟﻬﻡ.
ﺃﻣﺎ ﺍﻟﺑﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺛﺎﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺗﺧﺻﺹ ﺑﺈﺟﺭﺍء ﺍﻟﺑﺣﺙ ﺍﻟﻣﻳﺩﺍﻧﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺗﻁﺑﻳﻘﻲ ﺑﺗﻭﻅﻳﻑ ﺍﻟﺑﺎﺣﺙ ﺍﻟﻣﻧﻬﺞ
ﺍﻟﻭﺻﻔﻲ ﻭ ﺗﻣﺛﻠﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺇﺧﺗﻳﺎﺭ ﻋﻳﻧﺔ ﺍﻟﺑﺣﺙ ﻟﻣﺟﻣﻭﻋﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺭﺩﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺧﺻﺻﻳﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺟﺎﻝ
ﺍﻟﺗﻛﻳﻑ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻹﺻﺎﺑﺔ ﻭ ﺗﺄﻫﻳﻠﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻷﺛﻘﺎﻝ، ﺣﻳﺙ ﺗﻡ ﺗﻭﺯﻳﻊ ﺍﺳﺗﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﺳﺗﺑﻳﺎﻧﻳﺔ.

Our research aims to identify the importance of weight training in
increasing the development and enhancement of muscular strength
and in the process of physical preparation and rehabilitation. This
research has established that weight training is an effective method
for helping athletes increase their body's hardness, flexibility,
strength, and endurance, as well as protecting and rehabilitating
them from injuries. In this study, we sought to identify and address
the training and programs that help rehabilitate injured athletes and
their impact on their performance. The researcher hypothesized that
weight training is of great importance in improving the performance
and output of players and athletes, strengthening their injured
muscles in any sport, and protecting and assisting them in
rehabilitating from the targeted injury. The research was divided into
two chapters: the first chapter was devoted to the theoretical study,
while the second chapter was devoted to the field study .
Regarding the first chapter, it was divided into two sections: the first
chapter addressed the performance requirements in any sport,
whether basketball, handball, volleyball, football, or track and field.
The second chapter introduces and clarifies a set of information
about the importance of weight training for athletes in any field, as
well as the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries that occur to
them. The second chapter focuses on conducting field and applied
research, employing a descriptive approach. The research sample
consisted of a group of trainers specializing in injury adaptation and
rehabilitation with weights. A questionnaire was distributed .
