Résumé:
This study aimed to identify the most important formation
requirements in the institutes and departments of physical education and
sports in the light of the knowledge economy and life skills according to
the opinion of professors who study in the institutes and departments
affiliated to the regional seminar of the universities of the East, (11)
universities. The sample included 327 professors, In a comprehensive
survey method.
The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. Two tools
were built, the first one was related to the formation requirements related
to the knowledge economy. The second tool was for the formation
requirements related to life skills. Each tool contained 75 words divided
into three axes.
The researcher used The mean and standard deviations, the T test,
the mono-variance test, and the Friedman test were used.
The results of the study showed that teachers do not differ in degree
of importance of the formation requirements related to the knowledge
economy, while the degree of importance in the formation requirements
related to life skills.
Therefore, the researcher recommends the need to provide the
necessary capabilities needed by the system of formation, to be adapted to
the requirements of the knowledge economy and life skills.
