Résumé:
The aim of this study is to compare food consumption patterns and the risk of developing certain pathologies (eg irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The IBS is one of the most common diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, the survey was conducted on a sample of 40 patients consisting of 26 women and 14 men with an age variation of 24 years to 70 years. We suspected that stress may be a cause of IBS disorders, but this is not the case. On the other hand, it usually increases symptoms (especially pain). Some IBS patients describe a clear, sometimes reproducible relationship between taking a specific food, especially dairy products, or a family of foods (legumes, soft drink, meat, fish, cauliflower, etc.), And the occurrence of digestive symptoms that raise the question of an allergy or food intolerance.
