dc.description.abstract |
The institutions have an important role in the country's economic development process, because of their ability to control their resources due to the ease of getting a private including human resources, which is the need to conduct an arbitrator by the admin, because it is the individual who is responsible for performing the functions of the Steering and thus it realize that it , by searching for talent using various steering methods created and brought to the institution and the pursuit of development and development through training, motivation and performance evaluation, in order to preserve them in the institutions that suffer the scarcity of talent, where this research study highlights the role of the march in the management of human resources to the institution of the through a special "human resources management" interest, it has been reached to the importance of the development of human resources to open the exchange of information and knowledge and employ best to get the efficiencies of these institutions.
