Résumé:
This research work is part of a perspective linking two related disciplines namely:
lexical semantics and discourse analysis. Its main objective is to propose a reflection on the "French" denomination and the performative effects of its circulation in speech. Starting from the postulate that the meaning is not given in advance but that it is the result of an enunciative situation where the interdiscourse weighs all its weight on the saying of the subject, we conducted this research under the angle of subjectivity. To do this, we collected analyzed a corpus of contributions from Internet users involved in the debate around national identity in France (2009-2010).
