أجهزة الاستثمار الفلاحي في القانون الجزائري

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع أجهزة الاستثمار الفلاحي في القانون الجزائري، من خلال بيان مفهوم الاستثمار الفلاحي وخصائصه والإطار القانوني المنظم له، مع إبراز مختلف الأجهزة الإدارية والرقابية والداعمة المكلفة بتسييره ومرافقته. كما سلطت الضوء على دور الهيئات المختصة في تنظيم واستغلال العقار الفلاحي وتشجيع الاستثمار الزراعي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن فعالية الاستثمار الفلاحي ترتبط بمدى كفاءة الأجهزة القانونية والمؤسساتية في توفير بيئة مناسبة للاستثمار وتحقيق التنمية الفلاحية المستدامة.

: This study addressed the institu i »ns of agricultural investment in Algerian law by examining the co c »pt of agricultural investment, its characteristics, and the legal framework governing it, while highlighting the various adminis r »tive’ supervisory, and support bodies responsible for its manag m »nt and assistance. It also shed light on the role of specia i »ed institutions in organizing an exploiting agricultural land and promoting agricultural investment. The study concluded h »t the effectiveness of agricultural investment depends on the efficiency of legal and institutional bodies in providing a suitable investment en viron ment and achieving sustainable agricultural development
