The present study aimed at identifying the role of pedagogic treatment in improving the achievement of learners from the point of view of professors, a field study among the teachers of primary education in some schools of the state of Mostaganem. We relied on a sample of (80) professors and professors, O n the descriptive analytical approach, where we used the research tool, which is formed in a questionnaire aimed at identifying the views of the teachers towards the role of pedagogic treatment, and from this we have calculated the truthfulness and consistency of the questionnaire, we reached the following results: Pedagogic treatment contributes to the improvement of learners' achievement from the point of view of highly questioned teachers. Pedagogic therapy, through a method of teaching, contributes to the improvement of the achievement of learners from the point of view of highly questioned professors. Pedagogic treatment through educational attainment contributes to the improvement of learners' achievement from the point of view of highly-trained teachers. Pedagogic treatment through educational goals contributes to improving the achievement of learners from the point of view of highly qualified teachers. There are no statistically significant differences in the opinions and attitudes of the teachers interviewed towards the contribution of pedagogical treatment in improving the achievement of learners from their point of view according to sex variable. There are no statistically significant differences in the opinions and attitudes of the teachers concerned about the contribution of pedagogical treatment in improving the achievement of learners from their point of view according to the variable of experience.
