| dc.description | مقدمة: التھاب الجلد والتھاب النسیج تحت الجلد الحاد غیر النخر البكتیري (DHBNN (ھو عدوى جلدیة متكررة، تسببھا ما تكون نتائجھا إیجابیة عند العلاج بالمضادات الحیویة. ومع ذلك، قد بشكل أساسي بكتیریا المكورات العقدیة، والتي غالبا تحدث مضاعفات محلیة أثناء تطورھا. وتشمل ھذه المضاعفات الخراجات، والتخثر الوریدي، والنخر السطحي، والمضاعفات العظمیة المفصلیة. الھدف: تحدید عوامل الخطر لحدوث مضاعفات محلیة خلال التھاب الجلد والتھاب النسیج تحت الجلد البكتیري الحاد غیرالنخر. المواد والطریقة: دراسة استباقیة وصفیة ذات ھدف تحلیلي أجریت في مستشفى مستغانم الجامعي بین 1 ینایر 2023 و 31 دیسمبر 2024 ، وشملت جمیع المرضى الذین تم إدخالھم إلى المستشفى بسبب التھاب الجلد تحت الجلد البكتیري الحاد غیرالنخر مع مضاعفات محلیة. تمت مقارنة ھؤلاء المرضى، من الناحیة السریریة والباراكلینیة والتطوریة، بمجموعة من المرضى الذین تم إدخالھم إلى المستشفى بسبب نفس المرض ولكن دون مضاعفات، وذلك باستخدام تحلیل أحادي ثم متعدد المتغیرات، تم إجراؤه باستخدام برنامج SPSS الإصدار .26 | |
| dc.description.abstract | La dermo-hypodermite aiguë bactérienne non nécrosante (DHBNN) est une infection cutanée récidivante, due essentiellement au streptocoque dont l’évolutionest le plus souvent favorable sous traitement antibiotique.Cependant, des complications d’ordre local peuvent survenir au cours de son évolution.Il s’agit d’un abcès, d’une thrombose, veineuse, d’une nécrose superficielle ou d’une complication ostéoarticulaire. | |
