Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الآليات القانونية لمكافحة جرائم النصب والاحتيال الإلكتروني، من خلال تحليل الإطار المفاهيمي لهذه الجريمة وبيان خصائصها وأركانها وأنواعها، مع تمييزها عن الجرائم المشابهة لها. كما تتطرق إلى مختلف الأساليب التقنية للحماية والأمن المعلوماتي في مواجهة هذا النوع من الجرائم، ثم تنتقل الدراسة إلى تحليل الآليات القانونية الردعية، من خلال إجراءات تحريك الدعوى العمومية والمدنية، ومتابعة الجناة، إضافة إلى دراسة العقوبات المقررة وطنيا ودوليا، وأهمية التعاون القضائي والشرطي في الحد من هذه الجرائم
