ملخص مذكرة الماستر أصبحت حماية الأصناف النباتية الجديدة من الموضوعات القانونية الحديثة التي حظيت باهتمام متزايد على المستويين الدولي والوطني، وذلك بالنظر إلى الأهمية البالغة التي تكتسيها هذه الأصناف في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية، وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي، ومواجهة التحديات الناجمة عن التغيرات المناخية والزيادة المستمرة في الطلب على المنتجات الزراعية. فاستنباط أصناف نباتية جديدة ذات إنتاجية مرتفعة ومقاومة للأمراض والظروف البيئية المختلفة يتطلب جهوداً علمية وتقنية ومالية كبيرة، الأمر الذي يقتضي توفير حماية قانونية فعّالة تكفل للمستنبطين حقوقهم وتشجعهم على مواصلة الابتكار والبحث العلمي

The protection of new plant varieties has become a modern legal issue that has garnered increasing attention at both the international and national levels. This is due to the crucial role these varieties play in achieving agricultural development, enhancing food security, and addressing the challenges posed by climate change and the ever-increasing demand for agricultural products. Developing new plant varieties with high productivity and resistance to diseases and diverse environmental conditions requires significant scientific, technical, and financial efforts. Therefore, effective legal protection is essential to safeguard the rights of breeders and encourage them to continue innovating and conducting scientific research.
