إشكالية تسيير الزمن البيداغوجي في ظل الإصلاحات التربوية الحديثة بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء علىإشكالية تسيير الزمن البيداغوجي في ظل الاصلاحات التربوية الحديثة بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي، لدى عينة عشوائية متكونة من (156) أستاذوأستاذة بدائرة عشعاشة (مستغانم) وذلك خلال الموسم الدراسي 2024/2025، حيث تم اتباع خطوات المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام استبيان من إعداد الباحثة لقياس مستوى الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمي مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في تسيير الزمن البيداغوجي بعد الاصلاحات التربوية الحديثة تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية،وبعد إجراء الدراسة الميدانية تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - يواجه أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي صعوبة في تسيير الزمن البيداغوجي في ظل الاصلاحات التربوية الحديثة بدرجة متوسطة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تسيير الزمن البيداغوجي في ظل الاصلاحات التربوية الحديثة لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية المهنية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تسيير الزمن البيداغوجي في ظل الاصلاحات التربوية الحديثة تعزى لمتغير طور التدريس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تسيير الزمن البيداغوجي في ظل الاصلاحات التربوية الحديثة تعزى لمتغير نظام التدريس. The current study aims to shed light on the problem of pedagogical time management in light of the recent educational reforms at the primary education level,A random sample of (156) male and female teachers in Achacha district (Mostaganem) during the academic year 2024/2025, The steps of the descriptive method were followed, and a questionnaire developed by the researcher was used to measure the level of difficulties faced by primary school teachers in managing pedagogical time after the recent educational reforms, and its psychometric properties have been confirmed After conducting the field study, the following conclusions were reached: - Primary school teachers face difficulty in managing pedagogical time under the recent educational reforms to a medium degree. - There are no statistically significant differences in the management of pedagogical time in light of the recent educational reforms among primary education teachers due to the professional seniority variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the management of pedagogical time under the recent educational reforms due to the variable of teaching phase. - There are no statistically significant differences in the management of pedagogical time under the recent educational reforms due to the variable of the teaching system.
