| dc.description | This study was part of studies in the field of sociology of industrial risks. It aims to identify the nature of industrial security and occupational safety in the port of Mostaganem, specifically on how to protect against industrial risks and their relationship to the work process. To achieve the objectives of the study, it relied on a qualitative approach, with the aim of collecting information by describing the phenomenon of industrial security and analyzing the relationship between risks, occupational safety and workflow. The interview was with 15 specialists in the field. As a general result, the study concluded that achieving industrial safety and awareness are related to improving the work process, as paying attention to these aspects reduces accidents and injuries. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | جاءت هذه الدراسة ضمن دراسات مجال سوسيولوجيا المخاطر الصناعية فهي تهدف إلى التعرف على طبيعة الأمن الصناعي والسلامة المهنية في ميناء مستغانم، وبالتحديد حول كيفية الحماية من المخاطر الصناعية وعلاقتها بسيرورة العمل. وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة، اعتمدت على المنهج الكيفي، بهدف جمع المعلومات من خلال وصف ظاهرة الأمن الصناعي وتحليل العلاقة بين المخاطر، السلامة المهنية وسير العمل، فكانت المقابلة مع 15 مختصا في المجال. وكنتيجة عامة توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق الأمن الصناعي والتوعية لهما علاقة بتحسين سيرورة العمل، فالاهتمام بهذه الجوانب يقلل من الحوادث والإصابات. | en_US |
