Abstract

الموضوع: الصلابة النفسية والأمن النفسي وعلاقتهما بالاغت ا رب الوظيفي لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني. هدفت الد ا رسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الصلابة النفسية والأمن النفسي والاغت ا رب الوظيفي لدى مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بولاية مستغانم، والعلاقة بينهم، وقد تكونت عينة الد ا رسة من 03 مستشا ا ر ومستشارة، تم اختيارهم بط ريقة عشوائية، كما تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات عمى: -قائمة الصلابة النفسية، مقياس الأمن النفسي، مقياس الاغت ا رب الوظيفي. معتمدة في ذلك عمى المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم اختيار الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: -التك ا ر ا رت والنسب المئوية، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، وقد خمصت الد ا رسة إلى : -وجود مستوى مت وسط لكل من الصلابة النفسية والأمن النفسي والاغت ا رب الوظيفي لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، إضافة إلى وجود ارتباط عكسي بين المتغي ا رت الثلاث لدى عينة الد ا رسة.

Psychological Hardiness and psychological security and their relationship to expatriate career guidance counselors and guidance school and vocational. The study aimed at revealing the level of psychological hardiness, psychological security and career alienation among the mentors of vocational and vocational guidance in the state of Mostaganem, and the relationship between their, the study sample consisted of 30 counselors, randomly selected, in the collection of data on the list of psychological hardiness, the measure of psychological security and the measure of career alienation, based on the descriptive, the following specialized methods were chosen: frequencies, correlations, correlation coefficients Pearson. The study concluded that: -An average level of psychological hardiness ,psychological security, and career alienation. -There is an inverse correlation between psychological hardiness and psychological security, and career alienation.
