الإستجابة الإكتئابية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي و تأثيرها على السلوك الصحي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الاستجابة الاكتئابية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي وتأثيرها على السلوك الصحي للمريض، ومعرفة طبيعة سلوكاته الصحية وغير صحية، وأهم العوامل التي قد تساهم في ذلك، حيث تم دراسة حالتين في الخمسينات من عمرهم، واستخدمنا في ذلك المنهج العيادي ودراسة حالة بفنيات المقابلة العيادية، الملاحظة العيادية، المقابلة نصف موجهة، ومقياس أيرون بيك للاكتئاب . كما تم الاستعانة بدليل المقابلات المكون من مجموعة أسئلة قسمت إلى محاور في سياق موضوع دراستنا مع مراعاة كل جانب من جوانبها. وقد تمت الدراسة بوحدة تصفية الدم والكلى بتيجديت مستغانم. وقد توصلنا إلى وجود استجابة اكتئابية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي تؤثر على السلوك الصحي . Abstract : The aime of This study is to know about the depressive reaction or Reponse in patients with Kidney failure and its impact or effect on the patient’s health behavior to understand the nature of healthy and unhealthy behaviors and key factors that may contribute to them by examining two cases: one man and one Woman in their age of fifties. we used in this study the clinical method and Case Study approach through (clinical interviews, observation, semi structured interviewees and the Beck Depression test) And we reutilized an interview guide consisting of a Set of questions divided into thematic sections relevant to the subject matter. The study was Conducted at the hem dialysis -and Kidney Center in trig ditt. Mostaganem. we found that, there is a depressive response patient with renal failure effects the patients he a health behaviors . Keywords: Kidney failure, depressive response, health behavior.
