ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية في البنوك التجارية : " دراسة حالة البنك الاهلي الاردني "

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في البنوك التجارية ، من خلال التركيز على تحديد المفاهيم المتعلقة بها و اهميتها بالنسبة للمؤسسات مع عرض بعض نشاطات و ممارسات البنك الاهلي الاردني في هذا المجال. و توصلت هذه الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها ادراك المسؤول الاردني لاهمية التزام البنك بمسؤوليته الاجتماعية اتجاه اصحاب المصالح من اجل تحقيق رضاهم والحفاظ على صورته. Abstract : This study aims to identify the reality of the implementation of social responsibility in commercial banks by focusing on the Concepts related to them and their importance to the institutions with presentation of some activities and practices of the National Bank of Jordan in this field. This study concludes that the Jordanian responsibles realized the importance of the link between the bank's commitment and its social responsibility towards the stakeholders in order to achieve their satisfaction and image
