الحدود الجسدية لدى متوهم المر ض:دراسة عيادية لحالة بمدينة مستغانم

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: إن لكل دراسة نظرية وميدانية أهمية مسطرة من طرف الباحث، وعليه تندرج هذه المحاولة البحثية ضمن الدراسات النفس جسدية التي جاءت لي تسليط الضوء على أهمية هذه الدراسة كتمهيد للدراسة السابقة بما أنها دراسة جديدة تحت عنوان الحدود الجسدية لدى متوهم المرضي، هادفة للتعرف على نوعية الحدود الجسدية وكذلك من أجل البحث عما هو خافي داخل الحاويات النفسية للجسد ولتحقيق هذا الهدف. تم اختيار عينة البحث القصدية ) 25-30 سنة( و تم انتقاء حالة واحدة للدراسة حيث طبقنا المنهج العيادي المتظمن تقنية دراسة حالة و تطبيق ادات المقابلة و اختبار الروشاخ و ذلك بهدف التحقق من الفرضية. و قد خرج هذا البحث بالنتائج التالية: يتميز األشخاص المصابون بالتوهم المرضي بهشاشة جسدية مع وجود ادراكات جسدية )اختراق ( تشير إلى هشاشة الحاويات النفسية. ABSTRACT : Each theoretical and field study has the importance of the researcher underlined، and therefore this research attempt falls within the psychological and physical studies that came to shed light on the importance of this study as a prelude to the next research since it is a new study under the title of the physical boundaries of this pathological delusion to identify its type About what is hidden inside the psychological containers of the body، and to achieve this goal. The intentional research sample (25-30 years) was selected and one case was selected for the study، where we applied the clinical approach involving a case study technique، the application of the interview tools and the Ruschach test، in order to verify the hypothesis and this research came out with the following results: People with delusion are distinguished Patients with physical fragility and having physical perceptions (penetration) indicates the fragility of the psychological containers.
