ETUDE D’UN BATIMENT R+10+Sous-sol A USAGE MULTIPLE

Abstract

يهدف هذا المشروع إلى دراسة بناية ذات طابع سكني وتجاري تتألف من طابق ارضي+ 10 طوابق + طابق تحت ارضي ، يتم إنجازها، بولاية وهران- حي الصباح- المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم IIa حسب القواعد الجزائرية المضادة للزلازل (RPA version 2003) إن استقرار البناية لكل الحمولات العمودية و الأفقية مضمون بواسطة العارضات ,الأعمدة و جدران خرسانية مسلحة. دراسة وتحليل البناية تمت باستعمال برنامج (ETABS version 2017) تحديد الأبعاد وتسليح كل العناصر المقاومة للبناية صمم طبق المعايير والقوانين المعمول بها في الجزائر BAEL 91 .(RPA 99 version 2003 modifié 99) نظام البنية التحتية لهذا المبنى هو عبارة عن لبشة )أرضية أساس( Résumé Le but de cette étude est la conception d'une structure à usage d'habitation et commercial de R+10+Sous-sol étages qui sera implantée dans la wilaya d’Oran- Hai Essabah-, classée en zone IIa selon le règlement parasismique Algérien (RPA 99 version 2003). La stabilité de l'ouvrage est assurée par les poutres, les poteaux et les voiles. L'étude et l'analyse de ce projet ont été établies par le logiciel (ETABS. version.2017). Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants sont conformes aux règles applicables en vigueurs à savoir (BAEL91 modifié 99, RPA99 version 2003). La fondation du bâtiment est composée d'un radier nervuré.

Abstract The aim of this study is to design a structure for residential and commercial use of G+10+subsoil floors which will be located in the Wilaya of Oran- Hai Essabah-, classified in zone IIa according to the Algerian payment parasismic (RPA 99 version 2003). The stability of the structure is ensured by the beams, the columns and the walls. The study and the analysis of this project had been established by the software (ETABS. Version .2017). The calculation of dimensions and the reinforcement of all the resistant elements are in conformity with the rules applicable in strengths to knowing (BAEL91 modified 99, RPA99 version 2003). The foundation system is consisted by rib raft foundation.
