Abstract

ﻫﺪف اﻟﺒﺤﺚ إﱃ إﺑﺮاز أﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺞ ﺗﺪرﻳﱯ ﰲ ﲢﺴﲔ ﺑﻌﺾ اﳌﻬﺎرات اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﰲ ﻟﻌﺒﺔ ﻛﺮة اﻟﺴﻠﺔ و ﻛﺎن اﻟﻔﺮض ﻣﻦ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ أن ﻟﻠﱪ ﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﺪرﻳﱯ أﺛﺮ ﰲ ﲢﺴﲔ ﺑﻌﺾ اﳌﻬﺎرات اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﺪى ﻻﻋﺒﺔﻛﺮة اﻟﺴﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻔﺌﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﺮﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ 19) إﱃ 22 ﺳﻨﺔ) ﻗﻤﻨﺎ ﰲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ اﳌﻨﻬﺞ اﻟﺘﺠﺮﻳﱯ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻗﻤﻨﺎ ﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﺑﺮ ﻣﺞ ﺗﺪرﻳﱯ واﺧﺘﺒﺎرات ﻗﻴﺎس ﺑﻌﺾ اﳌﻬﺎرات اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ (اﻟﺘﻤﺮﻳﺮ، اﻟﺘﺼﻮﻳﺐ واﶈﺎورة) ﻛﺄدوات ﻟﻠﺒﺤﺚ، ﺗﻜﻮﻧﺖ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﲝﺜﻨﺎ ﻣﻦ 20 ﻻﻋﺒﺔﻛﺮة ﺳﻠﺔ ﻟﻔﺮﻳﻖ ﻣﻌﻬﺪ اﻟﱰﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴﺔ واﻟﺮ ﺿﻴﺔ، و ﰎ ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻤﻬﻢ إﱃ ﳎﻤﻮﻋﺘﲔ (ﺿﺎﺑﻄﺔ و ﲡﺮﻳﺒﻴﺔ)، وﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﻘﻴﺎم ﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻹﺣﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺗﻮﺻﻠﺖ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺒﺘﺎن اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﺘﺎن إﱃ وﺟﻮد ﻓﺮوق ذات دﻻﻟﺔ إﺣﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺑﲔ اﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ اﻟﺘﺠﺮﻳﺒﻴﺔ واﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ اﻟﻀﺎﺑﻄﺔ و ﰲ اﻷﺧﲑ ﺗﻮﺻﻲ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺒﺘﺎن اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﺘﺎن ﺑﻀﺮورة اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﱪاﻣﺞ اﻟﺘﺪرﻳﺒﻴﺔ اﳌﻘﻨﻨﺔ واﳌﺒﻨﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﺳﺲ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﰲ ﲢﺴﲔ اﳌﻬﺎرات اﻷﺳﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﺪى ﻻﻋﺒﺎت ﻛﺮة اﻟﺴﻠﺔ. // // // // // The research aimed to highlight the effect of a training program on improving certain basic skills in the game of basketball. The hypothesis of the study was that the training program had an effect on improving certain basic skills of female basketball players in the age group (19 years). at 22 years). In this research, we relied on the experimental approach. We also used a training program and tests to measure some basic skills (passing, shooting and dribbling) as research tools. Our research sample consisted of 20 female basketball players. for the team of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, and they were divided into two groups (control and experimental), and after conducting the statistical study, the two students concluded. that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental sample and the control sample. sample Finally, the two student researchers recommend the need to rely on standardized training programs based on scientific foundations to improve the basic skills of female basketball players.
