| dc.description | The purpose of this study is to highlight the experience of fenced housing districts, a three-model study between the El Hcham and Kharouba areas of Mostaganem, to identify the practice and meaning of the fencing of vertical housing neighborhoods. In our study, we based ourselves on a descriptive approach to finding the meanings behind behaviors and individuals' perceptions through the fencing of residential space, we used a set of tools to collect data, such as direct observation, semi-directed opposites, camera, maps and audio recording, on a sample of 27 searchers distributed in three residential formats. Finally, we have come to the conclusion that every residential neighborhood reflects a social experience that has allowed the possibility and has set limits on the expression of fencing through what is considered to be common property behaviour, and that we have also been able to produce a common spatial identity linked to another practice, namely, a desire for social differentiation. The fence is also influenced by the fact that collective experiences in housing and the privacy of each of them are exposed and this is evidenced by the reality of partnerships and their challenges. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على تجربة الأحياء السكنية العمودية المسيجة، دراسة مقارنة لثلاثة نماذج بين منطقتي الحشم و خروبة بمستغانم،اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي بمقاربة كيفية للبحث عن المعاني خلف السلوكيات و تصورات الأفراد من خلال تسييج الفضاء السكني، استخدمنا مجموعة من الأدوات لجمع البيانات كالملاحظة المباشرة، المقابلة الشبه موجهة ،ألة التصوير ،الخرائط و تسجيل الصوت ،على عينة متكونة من 27 مبحوث موزعة على ثلاث صيغ سكنية . في الأخير توصلنا إلى أن كل حي سكني يعبر عن تجربة إجتماعية سمحت بالممكن ووضعت حدودا لتجسيد التسييج عبر ما يمثله سلوك التملك ضمن ما يعتبر أجزاء مشتركة، و قفنا أيضا على إنتاج هوية مجالية مشتركة ترتبط بممارسة أخرى و هي الرغبة في التمايز الإجتماعي، كما يتأثر التسييج بما تعرضه التجارب الجماعية في السكن و خصوصية كل منها و لا أدل على ذلك من واقع الإشتراكاتو تحدياتها. | en_US |
