Etude d’un bâtiment à usage multiple (soussol+RDC+10 étages) en portique-voile selon le B.A.E.L91 et le R.P.A 99 version 2003

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment de forme régulière à usage multiple constitué d’un sous-sol, un rez de chaussée + 10 étages, qui sera implanté dans la wilaya d’Oran, classée en zone IIa. Dans le présent travail, nous avons abordé le pré-dimensionnement des différents éléments, l’étude des planchers et éléments non structuraux, l’étude sismique réalisé par ROBOT2024(version d’étudiant) et le ferraillage des différents éléments de la structure. Ceci en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003.

ملخص هذا المشروع عبارة عن دراسة مفصلة لعمارة شكل منتظم مكونة من طابق تحت أرضي و طابق أرضي وعشرة طوابق علوية ,يتم إنجازها بوالية وهران المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم IIa. في العمل التالي ,تناولنا األبعاد األولية للعناصر ,دراسة البالطات واألجزاء الثانوية من البناية ,الدراسة الدينامـيكية للبناية بواسطة ROBOT2024 وتسليح مختلف العناصر المكونة للبناية.هذا مع األخذ بعين االعتبار كل توصيات BAEL91 و القوانين الجزائرية المقاومة للزالزل2003/99 RPA .

Summary This project presents a detailed study of a regular shaped multipurpose building consisting of a basement, a ground floor + 10 floors, which will be located in the Wilaya of ORAN, classified zone IIa. In the present work, we have dealt with the presizing of the various elements, the study of the floors and the secondary elements, the dynamic assessment carried out by ROBOT2024 as well as the reinforcement of the various elements of the structure, taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91 and the Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99/2003.
