الرضا الوظيفي لدى مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني وعلاقته بالتخصص والخبرة المهنية

Abstract

هدفت الد ا رسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الرضا الوظيفي لدى مستشا ري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني علاقته بالتخصص والخبرة المهنية لدى عينة من ) 48 ( مستشار ومستشارة توجيه ، بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي و إعتمد الطالب على مقياس الرضا الوظيفي ) ويلز 1967 (، وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية المتمثلة في الصدق والثبات ثم معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها إحصائيا بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS20 ، وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت هذه الد ا رسة إلى النتائج التالية : 1 يوجد مستوى متوسط من الرضا الوظيفي لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني . 2 توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الرضا الوظيفي لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. 3 لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الرضا الوظيفي لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير التخصص . 4 لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الرضا الوظيفي لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية . وقد نوقشت هذه النتائج في ضوء الدراسات السابقة وما جاء في الجانب النظري ،وختمت هذه الدراسة ببعض الاقتراحات الموجهة للمعنيين

The present study aimed at revelaing job satisfaction with the coumselors of the school and vocational guidance.and its relation to specialization and prefessional experience in a sample of (48) consultant and guidance counelor using the descriptive approach . The student adopted the job satisfaction scale ( welsh 1967) , after verifuing the psychometric properties of honesty and consistency, them program SPSS 20 , after analuzing the results, this study found the follouing results : 1_ what is the level of availability of job satisfaction with the counselors of the school and vocational guitional guidance . 2 _ There are statistically significant differences in job satisfaction among school and vocational guidance coumselore due to the gender variable in favor of males . 3_ There were no statistically signifacant differences in job satisfoction among school and vocational guidance counselors due to the variabel specialzation . 4 _ There were no statistically significant differences in job satisfoction among school and vocational guidance counselors due to the variable of professional exprience . These results were discussed in the light of the previous studies and came in the theoretical side , and this study concluded with some suggestions addressed to the comcernd parties
