Vers une connexion urbain

Abstract

Ce mémoire question sur la connexion urbaine sur un quartier classé, pendant que certains pays cherchent des solutions pour améliorer le cadre de vie de ses anciens tissus urbains et malgré leur uniformisation au phénomène de mondialisation qui reconfigure l’organisme des villes . L’Algérie cependant se dirige vers la construction et l’extension de ses villes, Dans ce contexte, l’élaboration de notre objet de rechercher sur la reconnexion urbaine dans le quartier de Sidi el Houari est susceptible d’être un puissant outil dans le développement culturel et économique. Algeria, however, is moving towards the construction and extension of its cities.In this context, the development of our object to research on urban reconnection in the district of Sidi el Houari is likely to be a powerful tool in the cultural and economic development. The historic districts carrying heritage no longer meet the standards of current comfort and among them our study district "Sidi el Houari" ... While our study aims to enhance the heritage, give a new image to the site and revitalize Sidi El Houari ...
