الملخص تناولت دراستنا موضوع المسؤولية الجنائية للذكاء الاصطناعي, فقد اصبح اقتحام هذا الكيان مختلف المجالات يثير العديد من التحديات القانونية, لاسيما تلك المتعلقة بالمسؤولية الجزائية عن افعاله او عن استخدامه, و مدى ملائمة التشريعات الحالية و قدرتها على مواجهة خصوصية هذه التقنية, و بناء على هذه فإن الدراسة تهدف الى مناقشة بعض هذه التحديات الحالية و المستقبلية لكيان الذكاء الاصطناعي, فقد وصلت بعض تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي الى مرتبة عالية من التطور مما جعلها قادرة على ان تكون مستقلة في اتخاذها للقرارات, ما قد يمكنها من الخروج عن السيطرة البشرية و ارتكاب جرائم منفردة خارج اطار برمجتها, كما يمكن أيضا ان تستخدم في ارتكاب بعض الجرائم الخطيرة مما استدعى البحث في إمكانية اسناد المسؤولية الجزائية لكيانات الذكاء الاصطناعي عن ما ترتكبه من أفعال مجرمة
