dc.description.abstractﻫﺪف اﻟﺒﺤﺚ إﱃ إﺑﺮازتمارين اﻟﺘﻤﻄﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﻀﻠﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺗﻨﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺼﻔﺎت اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴﺔ ﻟﺪى السباحين و ﻛﺎن اﻟﻔﺮض ﻣﻦ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ أن ﻟﺘﻤﺎرﻳﻦ اﻟﺘﻤﻄﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﻀﻠﻴﺔ أﺛﺮ ﰲ ﺗﻨﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺴﺮﻋﺔ ٬ اﻟﻘﻮة و اﻟﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﻟﺪى السباحين االناشئين ٬ ة ﻗﻤﻨﺎ ﰲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺑﺎﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ اﳌﻨﻬﺞ التجريبيﻛﻤﺎ ﻗﻤﻨﺎ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ تدريبي ﺑﺘﻤﺎرﻳﻦ اﻟﺘﻤﻄﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﻀﻠﻴﺔ ﻛﺄداة ﻟﻠﺒﺤﺚ ٬ و ﺗﻜﻮﻧﺖ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﲝﺜﻨﺎ ﻣﻦ 24 ﺳﺒﺎﺣﺎ ﺑﻨﺎدي ﻋﻤﺎد المستقبل ٬ و ﰎ ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻤﻬﻢ إﱃ مجموعتين (ﺿﺎﺑﻄﺔ و تجريبية) ٬ و ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﻘﻴﺎم ﺑﺎﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﻹﺣﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺗﻮﺻﻞ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎن اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﺎن إﱃ أن: ﻟﺘﻤﺎرﻳﻦ اﻟﺘﻤﻄﻴﺔ اﻟﻌﻀﻠﻴﺔ دور ﰲ ﺗﻨﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺴﺮﻗﺔ و اﻟﻘﻮة و اﻟﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﻟﺪى السباحين الناشئين ﻣﻦ ﻓﺌﺔ (12-9) ﺳﻨﺔ ٬ و ﰲ الأخير ﻳﻮﺻﻲ اﻟﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎن اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﺎن ﺑﻀﺮورة اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ الحبال المطاطية في ﺗﻨﻤﻴﺔ اﻟﺼﻔﺎت اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴﺔ ﻟﺪى السباحين. The aim of the research was to highlight the rubber rope exercises in developing the physical characteristics of the swimmers, and the hypothesis of the study was that the muscular stretching exercises had an effect on the development of speed, strength and endurance among young swimmers. The muscle as a tool for research, and our research sample consisted of 24 swimmers at the Emad Al-Mustaqbal Club, and they were divided into two groups (control and experimental), and after carrying out the statistical study, the two researchers concluded that: Juniors from the category (9-12) years, and in the end, the two researchers recommend the necessity of relying on rubber ropes in developing the physical characteristics of swimmersen_US
