dc.description	The subject of my study is titled ‘’the role of public relations officers inRaising awareness of gas hazards : A fielde study on the directorate of Civil protection in Mostaganem ‘’ . The study highlights the role That public relations officers play in educatingThe public about the dangers of gas through their campaigns , positioninThem as the source and Sender in public communication.This is achieved byEmploying persuasion stratégies to raise public awareness. Additionally , the public relations officers enhance understanding and Exchange between themselves and their internale and external audiencesTo build trust. The study indicates that the public relations officer has a role in the directoratOf civil protection in disseminating awareness about gas hazardsusing various Means , especially ,radio, providing advice and guidance . The office is considered a crucial element in the directorate of civil protection And is responsible for all secondary facilities. Finally ,the study reached several conclusions , including : - there is no dedicatedpublic relations department , but there is an Information. - the public relations officer has a role in organizing awareness campaigns Against Gas hazards. - the public relations officer plays a role in establishing internal and External and in improving the institution’s image .	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تمثل موضوع دراستنا تحت عنوان دور القائم بالعلاقات العامة في نشر التوعية بأخطـــار الغــاز دراسة ميدانية على مديرية الحماية المدنية – بمستغانم – حيث ثم تسليط الضوء على الدور الــــذي يؤديه القائم بالعلاقات العامة في توعية الجمهور من أخطار الغاز من خلال الحملات التي يقوم بـــها كونه يعتبر المصدر أو المرسل في مجال الاتصال العمومي. وهذا من خلال إتباعه لإستراتجية الإقناع من اجل رفع مستوى الوعي لدى الجمهور كما انه يقـــــوم بتعزيز التفاهم والتبادل بينه وبين جمهوره الداخلــــي والخارجـــي لكسب الثقة حيث بيـــــــن المكلف بالإعلام أن له دور في مديرية الحماية المدنية في نشر التوعية ضد أخطار الغـــاز باستخدامـــــــــه لمختلف الوسائل وخاصة الإذاعةوذلك مع تقديم النصائح والإرشادات، كما انه يعتبر العنصر المهمفي مديرية الحماية المدنية والمسؤول عن كل ملحقات الثانوية ،وفي الأخير توصلت إلـــى مجموعــة من النتائج تمثلت فيما يلي:  عدم وجود قسم خاص بالعلاقات العامة لكن هناك قسم خليه الإعلام.  أن القائم بالعلاقات له دور في تنظيم الحملات التوعوية ضد أخطار الغاز.  أن القائم بالعلاقات العامة له دور في قيام علاقات داخلية وخارجية، كما له دور تحسين صــــورة المؤسسة.	en_US
