Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تطرقنا في بحثنا الى دراسة فعالية التكامل الوظائفي بين المختصين واألولياء في إطار عملية التكفل بالطفل ألتوحدي. وقد مست دراستنا العينة التي تخص األفراد المعنيين باألمر والمتمثلين في األطفال الذين يعانون من التوحد، ومن خالل أيام دراسية حول التوحد وتكوين خاص حول برنامج " تيتش " ومن خالل مقابالت أولية حتى نستطيع تحديد العينة وجمع المعلومات التي تهم المشكل، ثم قمنا بمالحظة األطفال قيد الدراسة ومن خالل المساهمة والمشاركة واالندماج في المركز. وعليه فإن الدراسة االستطالعية قد وجهت بحثنا ومكنتنا من تحديد إشكالية البحث وأبعاده كما قادتنا إلى صياغة الفرضيات بشكل دقيق ومحدد. لقد اخترنا في هذا البحث، المنهج اإلكلينيكي ألن الموضوع عيادي بحث، حيث أنه يتعلق بطريقة عالجية التي تعرف حسب "نوربارسيالمي" "Sillamy Norbert "على أنها: التفاعل بين المعالج والمريض، الذي يعد العامل األول في تعديل عملية التعلم، فمن خالل الحديث مع المعالج، تظهر خبرات المريض واستجاباته. ودور المعالج ليس فقط التفسير، بل دور دينامي، يستجيب له المريض، ومن هنا جاء الدور، يتسنى المعالج، إبعاد العادات المرضية عن االستجابات االنفعالية. ويتلقى عادات جديدة صحيحة، وخلق خطة عالجية علمية محكمة، ومهارة تواصل عالية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التوحد، التكامل الوظائفي، التكفل النفسي, المنهج اإلكلينيكي. Summary of the study: In our research, we addressed the study of the effectiveness of functional integration between .specialists and parents in the process of caring for a child with autism Our study involved the sample of concerned individuals represented by children with autism. Through study days on autism and special training on the "Teach" program, as well as initial interviews to identify the sample and gather information relevant to the problem, we then observed the children studied. And thanks to the participation, involvement and integration in the center. Thus, the exploratory study guided our research and allowed us to define the research problem and its dimensions, and also led us to formulate the hypotheses in a precise .and specific manner We chose the clinical approach in this research because the subject is a clinical research, as it relates to a therapeutic method, which is known according to "Norbert Sillamy" as : The interaction between the therapist and the patient, which is the first factor in modifying the learning process, by talking with the therapist, shows the experiences and responses of the patient. And the role of the therapist is not only interpretation, but rather a dynamic role, to which the patient responds, hence the role, so that the therapist can eliminate pathological habits from the emotional responses.
