| dc.description | This study aimed to identify how digitization contributes to improving the quality of service at the University Services Directorate in Mostaganem state . In our study, we relied on the case study approach and to achieve the study objective, we used the interview tool to collect the necessary data from an intentional sample of 6 employees working in the Department of accommodation, food, grants and transportation at the University Services Directorate in Mostaganem state. - The study finally reached a number of results, the most important of which are : 1. The application of digitization has contributed to improving the effectiveness of the service in the organization 2. Some of the programs used are Wolet, My bus, Progress 3. | dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية مساهمة الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمة بمديرية الخدمات الجامعية بولاية مستغانم . وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على منهج دراسة الحالة ولبلوغ هدف الدراسة قمنا باستخدام أداة المقابلة لجمع البيانات اللازمة على عينة قصدية مكونة من 6 أفراد من الموظفين العاملين في مصلحة الايواء، الإطعام، المنح والنقل بمديرية الخدمات الجامعية بولاية مستغانم. - توصلت الدراسة في الاخير إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : 1. أن تطبيق الرقمنة ساهم في تحسين فعالية الخدمة بالمؤسسة. 2. من البرامج المستخدمة برنامج Wolet، My bus ، Progress 3. أغلبية المبحوثين يتحكمون في استخدام البرامج المستخدمة بالعمل . | en_US |
