Abstract

ﻋﻨﻮان اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ : واﻗﻊ اﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎء ﻟﻠﺮﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﻟﻠﺘﻼﻣﻴﺬ اﳌﻮﻫﻮﺑﲔ ﰲ ﻓﺮق اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﺔ اﳌﺪرﺳﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺮﻳﺎﺿﺎت اﳉﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺮﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﺮﻳﺔ " 15 - 12 ﺳﻨﺔ"

ﺪف اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إﱃ ﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ واﻗﻊ اﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎء اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﻟﻔﺮق اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﺔ اﳌﺪرﺳﻴﺔ ﰲ اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﺎت اﳉﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻄﺎت وﻻﻳﺔ ﻣﻌﺴﻜﺮ و ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﺣﺎﻟﺘﻪ ٬ و ﲤﺜﻞ ﻓﺮض اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ ﰲ أن اﻻﻧﺘﻘﺎء اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﻟﻠﺘﻼﻣﻴﺬ داﺧﻞ ﻫﺬﻩ اﳌﺆﺳﺴﺎت ﻳﻌﺎﱐ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺪة ﻣﺸﺎﻛﻞ ﺗﻌﻴﻖ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻘﻪ ﺑﺼﻔﺔﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ و ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻴﺔ ٬ ﺣﻴﺚ أﺧﺬ 44 أﺳﺘﺎذ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂﻛﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﻟﻠﺒﺤﺚ اﺧﺘﲑوا ﺑﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﻋﺸﻮاﺋﻴﺔ ﺑﻠﻐﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﺘﻬﻢ أﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻦ % 25 ﻣﻦ ﳎﺘﻤﻊ

اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ (أﺳﺎﺗﺬة اﻟﱰﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺒﺪﻧﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ اﳌﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﻟﻮﻻﻳﺔ ﻣﻌﺴﻜﺮ ) ٬ و ﻗﺪ اﻋﺘﻤﺪﻧﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷدوات اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ : اﳌﻼﺣﻈﺔ ٬ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ اﻟﺒﻴﻮﻏﺮاﰲ ٬ اﺳﺘﺒﻴﺎن و ﺗﻮﺻﻠﻨﺎ إﱃ أن اﻧﺘﻘﺎء اﻟﺘﻼﻣﻴﺬ ﺿﻤﻦ ﻓﺮق اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﺔ

اﳌﺪرﺳﻴﺔ و ﺧﺎﺻﺔ اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﺎت اﳉﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻻ ﻳﻘﻮم ﻋﻠﻰ أﺳﺎس ﻃﺮق ﻋﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ و ﻳﻔﺘﻘﺮ إﱃ اﳊﻴﺎد و اﳌﻮﺿﻮﻋﻴﺔ و ﻗﺪ اﻗﱰﺣﻨﺎ ﰲ اﻷﺧﲑ ﺿﺮورة وﺿﻊ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ ﺧﺎص ﻻﺧﺘﻴﺎر و اﻧﺘﻘﺎء اﳌﻮاﻫﺐ اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ ﺗﺸﺮف ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺄﺳﻴﺴﻪ و ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻤﻪ اﻟﺮاﺑﻄﺔ اﻟﻮﻻﺋﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺮﻳﺎﺿﺔ اﳌﺪرﺳﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ إﱃ إﻋﺪاد ﺑﺮاﻣﺞ ﺗﺪرﻳﺒﻴﺔ ﺗﻌﲎ ﺑﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ

ﻛﻔﺎءات اﻟﺘﻼﻣﻴﺬ اﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ و ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻌﺘﻬﻢ رﻳﺎﺿﻴﺎ .

Study Title : The reality of the athlete selection for gifted students in

the school sports teams for the sports stage for the age group " 12-15

years

The study aims to diagnose the reality of selection sports teams school

sports in team sports at the level of the averages of the mandate of the

students in teams of school sports , especially team sports is not based on

scientific methods are correct and objectivity and have suggested in the

latter the need to develop a special program for the selection and the

selection of sporting talent oversees the ligamant station of sports school

in addition to the development of training programs dealing with the

development of mathematical skills of students and athletes follow .
