Abstract

تعد المحاكم الإدارية الاستئنافية في الجزائر الدرجة الثانية من التقاضي الإداري، وتشرف على الرقابة القضائية على أعمال الإدارة وتطبيق مبدأ الشرعية ينظمها القانون 22-13 مع القوانين العضوية والتعديلات الدستورية لسنة 2020، لتحديد الاختصاص الموضوعي والإجرائي وضمان حماية الحقوق الف ردية وتوحيد الاجتهاد القضائي في المنازعات الإدارية

Administrative appellate courts in Algeria constitute the second instance of administrative litigation and oversee judicial control over the actions of the administration, ensuring the application of the principle of legality. They are governed by Law 13-22, along with organic laws and the 2020 constitutional amendments, to define their substantive and procedural jurisdiction, guarantee the protection of individual rights, and unify judicial precedent in administrative disputes.
