| dc.description.abstract | In this studay, we have turned to highight the pedagogical factors and thier impact an academic achievement wicht are complex and that interfere In its success by several factors including (profiency of the professor, education programs and teaching aids). To underst and this process, we touched an the theoretical heritage in order to better under stand the pedagogical factors that effect me the process of acodimic achievement among students and given my complexity and the overlop of several sciences it and despite the importance of the ausciliary ferctors in the effective achievement process these factors in the effective achievement process these factors are not all available in algerian educational institutions, there are other factors that hnder this, suche as the personal aspects of the theucher and the student and the lak of educational means in the organization and othrts. | en_US |
