تقييم اللغة الشفهية لدى الطفل الحامل لجهاز الزرع القوقعي في الحجر الصحي قبل واثناء جائحة كورونا

Abstract

ت ص الب هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تقييم اللغة الشفهية للطفل الاصم الحامل للزرع القوقعي قبل و بعد جائحة كورونا و قد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي و بالتحديد اسلوب دراسة حالة حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة خمس حالات حاملين للزرع القوقعي . من اجل ذلك قمنا اختبار شوفري ميلر لتقييم انتاج الشفهي و اختبار o52 لقياس الفهم الشفهي كما قمنا باعداد شبكة ملاحظة للدراسة القبلية و البعدية و قد استقرت نتائج هذه الدراسة على وجود انتكاسات على مستوى اللغة الشفهية للطفل الاصم الحامل للزرع القوقعي ناتجة عن جائحة كورونا. في حين انه وجدنا استقرار لمستوى اللغة الشفهية لدى حالات اخرى من هاته الفئة نظرا لالتزامهم بالتواصل الدائم مع المعالج في امراض الكلام واللغة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل الاصم الحامل لزرع القوقعي ,اللغة الشفهية. جائحة كورونا. Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the oral language of a deaf child who was pregnant with a cochlear implant before and after the Corona pandemic, and the descriptive approach was used, specifically the method of a case study, where the study sample consisted of five cases of cochlear implant carriers. For this, we did the chevrie Miller test to assess oral production and the o52 test to measure oral comprehension. We also prepared an observation network for the pre and post study. The results of this study have settled on the presence of setbacks at the level of the oral language of the deaf child bearing the cochlear implant caused by the Corona pandemic .While we found stability in the level of oral language for children of this category due to their commitment to permanent communication with the therapist in speech and language diseases Keys words: deaf child with cochlear implants, oral language, Corona pandemic.
