Abstract

ممخص الدراسة: جاءت ىذه الدراسة ؿلتعرؼ عمى دور الذي يمعبو الاتصاؿ التنظيمي في عممية اتخاذ القرار الإداري، ولقد تـ استخداـ المنيج الوصفي التحميمي، وتـ مقابمة مدراء التعميـ(الابتدائي،المتوسط،الثانوي). ومف أىـ النتائج المتوصؿ إلييا: -أكدت الدراسة أف الاتصاؿ التنظيمي يحظى بأىمية كبيرة في تحقيؽ أىداؼ المؤسسة. - أكدت الدراسة عمى أف تساعد أنماط الاتصاؿ التنظيمي في عممية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. -أكدت الدراسة أنيا تساىـ أنماط الاتصاؿ التنظيمي في اتخاذ القرار الرشيد الصحيح لممؤسسة.
