The increase of international competitiveness, that Algerian companies have to face, imposes them to revise their managerial strategy, specially the piloting flux process. Now, the management efficiency of the supply chain becomes an imminent competitive stick. The process will become efficient only if it is consolidated by a good strategy of supply chain risk management (SCRM). The objective of this thesis, is to bring out the vulnerability factors relative to the supply chain management, and to know the adoption level of the culture of the supply chain risks management in the Algerian firms. This by using our descriptive analysis emanating from investigation made within (30) firms, acting in the manufacturing sector. The results obtained by our research show that the supply chain management process is altered by various type of constraints which brake the Algerian firms in their ambition to penetrate or to extend their part of international market. Moreover, our research proves that this is tightly tied to the lack of culture and the strategy of risks management in Algerian firms.en_US
