استخدام اليات الإتصال الرقمي في التعاملات اليومية في المجال الصحي

Abstract

المكانة التي يحتلها الاتصال في المؤسسات يجعل منها اللجوء إلى استخدام شتى الآليات والتقنيات، وخاصة المؤسسات الخدماتية منها، فهذا ما جعل من الباحثين الالتفاف حول هذا النوع من الاتصال الذي يستخدم فيه جل الوسائل المتاحة لدى المؤسسة، إذ يصطلح على هذا الأخير بالاتصال الرقمي الذي من شأنه أن يعكس استخداماته المختلفة بشكل رقمي الكتروني ذو خاصية فائقة السرعة التي دائما تسعى ها المؤسسات باختلاف طابع نشاطها، وهذا بغية نشر محتوى اتصالي في محيطها الداخلي والخارجي في الجال الصحي من أجل تعزيز الثقة في جمهورها وتوطيد العلاقات معه، نهيكا على تلبية رغباته وحاجياته في أي زمان ومكان وبأي وسلية تتوافق مع خصائصه المنفردة. وعليه فمن منطلق دراستنا سنحاول الكشف على استخدامات آليات الاتصال الرقمي في التعاملات اليومية في الإطار الصحي. الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤسسة، الاتصال الرقمي، المجال الصحي. Summary: The position that communication occupies in institutions makes them resort to the use of various mechanisms and techniques, especially service institutions. To reflect its various uses in an electronic digital form with a high-speed feature that institutions always seek, with different nature of their activities, in order to disseminate communicative content in their internal and external surroundings in the health field in order to enhance confidence in their audience and strengthen relations with them, while ensuring that their desires and needs are met at any time. Accordingly, from the standpoint of our study, we will try to detect the uses of digital communication mechanisms in daily dealings in the health context.
